Heavy Rains Cause Accidents, Flooding, Knock Down Trees
(Panama-Guide) The heavy rains that fell on Panama yesterday caused at least three traffic accidents on the road leading to the Centennial bridge, knocked down trees, and caused flooding in some parts of the city. Some vehicles slid out of control and ended up in the opposite lane, others lost control due to hydroplaning and slid into ditches or off the road and into the grass. There were also several collisions reported.
