Those With Ten Years in Panama Can Apply For Residency

(Panama-Guide) The director of the National Immigration Service (SNM), María Cristina González, announced that soon they would establish a moratorium or window so that all foreigners who have been living in the country for more than ten years can apply for residency. She said "those who can, not those who want" will be allowed to participate in the process, and those who have Panamanian born children will also be taken into account, as well as those who have some kind of legal status to allow them to apply for residency.
