The "Jail House Act" Is Unconstitutional - Ana Matilde Gomez
(Panama-Guide) - El Siglo - "The Constitution must be respected, because the freedoms of the citizens are not to be penalized," said former Attorney General Ana Matilde Gomez yesterday about the so called "Jail House Act." Gomez said it was a setback to penalize with up to two years in prison any person who would close a street in protest.
