(Panama-Guide) - TVN Noticias - The law that dictates action on criminal records, reforms the electoral code and adds an article to the Penal Code, was published in the Official Gazette dated April 13, which means it is now the law of the land. Law 14 of April 13, 2010, was published in the Official Gazette the same day it was signed by president Ricardo Martinelli.
