MarViva and ANCON - Complaining About the Non Existent Coiba Prison Plan

(Panama-Guide) - La Estrella - Following publication which reported that a government official reportedly proposed to reopen the old prison on Coiba island, the MarViva Foundation and the National Association for the Conservation of Nature (ANCON) made a public appeal for the enforcement of Law Number 44 of 2004 which creates and protects the Coiba National Park.
