(Panama-Guide) - Panama America - Panama's adoption of the Criminal Adversarial System will allow for more rapid and transparent trials, said Raul Olmos, a former judge and former coordinator of this initiative. Olmos said on PRC Radio the greatest responsibility in this mode of justice lies on the Direction of Judicial Investigation (DIJ), the National Police (PN) and the Public Ministry (MP).
