Jose Raul Mulino Will Become New Security Minister

(Panama-Guide) - Source - Panama America - Panama's current Minister of Government and Justice, Jose Raul Mulino, will be moved to run the newly created Ministry of Security, according to president Ricardo Martinelli. This change comes after the Ministry of Government and Justice was basically split in half and turned into two new, smaller Ministries. The Ministry of Security will be composed of the National Police, State Border Service (Senafront), the National Naval Air Service (Senan) and the National Immigration Service (SNM).
