ATTT Will Be "Inflexible" With Drunk Drivers

(Panama-Guide) - La Prensa - The Deputy Minister of Government and Justice and Director General of the Ground Transportation and Transit Authority (ATTT), Jorge Ricardo Fabrega, ordered ATTT officers to be "inflexible" with drivers who commit serious offenses such as driving while intoxicated. According to Fabrega, the irresponsibility of these drivers is causing accidents which could have been avoided.
