Tango at Pangea in Panama City

If you are interested in seeing professional dancers doing the tango and if you will be in the city Friday evening drop by the Pangea Restaurant in El Cangrejo in Panama City. Two pair of professional dancers from Grupo Huellas will be performing between 9 pm and 11 pm.

Pangea is a new, upscale restaurant with an international and tropical theme. It has become a comfortable evening hangout for many expats in the city and has an upscale Panamanian clientele too. The Panama’s First Lady has been in for lunch on occasion. The tango performance will be in an open area adjacent to the hand carved Singapore Bar, a tribute to Singapore’s famous Raffles Hotel.

The professional dancers are from Grupo Huellas. Grupo Huellas offers an alternative method of physical conditioning through ballet, salsa, and tango. They are located in El Dorado and offer dance classes throughout the week.
