Police Chief Gustavo Perez Denies Kidnapping US Civilians During Just Cause Invasion
(Panama-Guide) The Panama America newspaper ran a statement provided by the National Police Chief Gustavo Perez this morning, in which he denies that he participated in the kidnapping of US civilians from the Marriott hotel on 20 December 1989 during the US invasion of Panama, Operation Just Cause.
