Jaime Salas Placed Back On House Arrest in Fraud Case

(Panama-Guide) - Source - La Estrella -Panama's Seventh Criminal Circuit Prosecutor ordered that former Municipal Engineer Jaime Salas remain on house arrest, and also that he be barred from leaving the country.
