SINAPROC Issues "Green Alert" for Bocas del Toro

(Panama-Guide) - Source: La Prensa - The National Civil Protection System (SINAPROC) issued a "Green Alert" this afternoon for the province of Bocas del Toro due to intermittent rainfall occurring in the area that have led to increased river levels. Arturo Alvarado, the Director of SINAPROC, said: "The level of the Sixaola River has risen 6.8 feet."
