FBI Investigating US Citizen Involved in Plot to Kidnap Panama's President

Records from immigration indicate Polanco arrived in Panama six months ago on a tourist visa. He has no known family members in Panama, or at least thus far none have been found, the source said. The source also indicated that thus far they have not been able to identify the existence of an "intimate partner" (girlfriend.)
