Last Friday Salas was transferred from a holding cell located at the headquarters of the National Police in Ancon to the La Joya prison in Pacora, said a source from that institution. Salas is being held in pavilion "Guantánamo 2" together with former police officers and investigators from the now defunct Judicial Technical Police (PTJ). The source added that Salas is not in danger in this pavilion.
