Gioconda de Bianchini Sworn In As Panama's New Comptroller General of the Republic

(Panama-Guide) The President of Panama's National Assembly, José Luis Varela, officially launched the installation of the second term of the first ordinary session of the National Assembly, for the five year period of 2009 - 2014. The first point of the day was the official installation of the new Comptroller of the Republic, Gioconda Torres de Bianchini, and the new Deputy Controller Luis Felipe de Icaza, by the President of the National Assembly.
