Ernesto Perez Balladares Was, In Fact, Questioned Last Night
(Panama-Guide) By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - According to Panama's Special Organized Crime Prosecutor José Ayú Prado, former Panamanian president Ernesto Perez Balladares did in fact make a sworn statement last night in his offices. José Ayú Prado said "the former president answered the first few questions we asked, but by the fourth or fifth question he declined to answer any more questions and invoked Article 25 of the Constitution, which states that one one can be compelled to testify against themselves."
