(Panama-Guide) By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - Former Panamanian president Ernesto Perez Balladares appeared before the Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime in Panama City last night, in an event that turned into a media circus and a spectacle for public consumption. The prosecutor had ordered Perez Balladares to appear, but then Perez Balladares and his lawyers spent a day or two playing legal games and filing motions before the Supreme Court to supposedly "ensure that his legal guarantees would be respected."
