Report - Ernesto Perez Balladares Will Appear at 2:00 pm Today
(Panama-Guide) By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - One of my little PRD birds just told me Ernesto Perez Balladares will go to the offices of the Public Ministry at 2:00 pm this afternoon in response to the summons to appear before the Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime. His office is located in the Avesa Building on Via España where there are already a whole gaggle of journalists and photographers camped out.
