Judicial sources report judge Ortega expects to receive, between next Monday or Tuesday, comments on his draft decision regarding the reopening of the case, which was forwarded to the other eight judges on 23 December 2009, when the full court rejected all seven incidents filed against the decision already taken to reopen the investigation.
