Panama To Negotiate Free Trade Agreement With Colombia

Colombia's Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Luis Guillermo Plata, said that in the first few months of 2010 the two countries will decide if they will negotiate a Free Trade Agreement, an Agreement on Economic Complementation, or some other model.
