Judge Puts The Snatch on Bosco's Salary
(Panama-Guide ) By EDUARDO MENDOZA and JOSÉ OTERO for La Prensa - Panama's 17th Civil Court ordered the sequestering of 15% of the salary of Panama City Mayor Bosco Vallarino, as part of a legal action taken against him by his predecessor, Juan Carlos Navarro. The Seventeenth Court injunction, issued this Thursday 3 December 2009, also includes commissions, bonuses or any other type of compensation paid to Vallarino.
