Panama Will Build New Prisons and Demolish Old
(Panama-Guide ) By Carlos Estrada Aguilar for La Critica - Jose Raul Mulino reported yesterday that within a period of 36 months the old prisons will be a "bad memory." The fate of the La Joya and La Joyita prisons will be the same as that of the old Modelo Prison: demolition. Panama's Minister of Government and Justice, José Raúl Mulino, reported yesterday that within a period of 36 months, starting from January 2010, the two prisons located at Pacora be "a bad memory."
