Cabinet Approves Panama's Departure From Parlacen
(Panama-guide ) By Luis Alberto Castillo C. for the Panama America - The Cabinet Council yesterday approved a bill that would repeal the law that allowed Panama to join the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN). Vice President Juan Carlos Varela reiterated yesterday that "there is no going back on Panama leaving that organization." He revealed that to this end the National Assembly shall be convened for extraordinary sessions starting 25 November 2009.
