The Panamanian Legal System, Documents, Evidence, Proof, and the DEA
(Panama-Guide ) By now it's blazingly obvious that Mitchell Doens, the Secretary General of Panama's Partido Revolucionario Democratico (PRD) is simply trying to do as much damage as possible with his allegations regarding Panama's Minister of Economy and Finance, Alberto Vallarino, and supposed allegations that Vallarino appears in a DEA document with connections to money laundering through the Banistmo bank. Several things come to mind as I watch this politically motivated game unfold. First of all, the PRD is on the rocks.
