Judge Issues Cease and Desist Order Against Aeropost in Panama
(Panama-Guide ) On Wednesday, 11 November 2009, judge Ruby Ibarra of Panama's Ninth Civil Court issued an order against Aeropost Panama S.A. and their legal representative in Panama Jeff Duchesneau, forcing them to basically cease and desist - to stop everything they were doing in an attempt to steal customers and business away from Airbox Express.
