On Wednesday, 11 November 2009, judge Ruby Ibarra of Panama's Ninth Civil Court issued an order against Aeropost Panama S.A. and their legal representative in Panama Jeff Duchesneau, forcing them to basically cease and desist - to stop everything they were doing in an attempt to steal customers and business away from Airbox Express. Aeropost is now legally prohibited from contacting both the customers and employees of Airbox Express, from holding packages, and from putting out lies or tricky language on their website to try to fool or confuse customers into becoming their customers.
