Government Seizes Figali's Property on Ft. Amador For Failure To Pay Debt
(Panama-Guide ) El Siglo - The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) issued an order against the administration of the company Grupo F Internacional S.A. to seize property on Ft. Amador because the company has not complied with the agreement it signed with the Panamanian government. The order was issued by the Executing Judge of the Administrative Unit of Reverted Properties of the MEF, Raul Taboada, citing breach of payment for an agreement the government entered into with the company, and the presentation of a performance bond on which the project is developed in the area of Amador.
