San Francisco - Under Water

newsnviews2.jpg(Panama-Guide ) By URANIA CECILIA MOLINA for La Prensa - Heavier than normal rains yesterday afternoon, clogged sewar drains, and high tides all combined to cause flooding in the neighborhood of San Francisco. One of the places hardest hit was 77th Street in San Francisco, where cars were submerged and flood waters entered into shops and businesses, leaving behind damages and economic loss. One of these was the Sheraton Panama Hotel, where flood waters completely covered the pool and tennis court. The human resources manager, Jose Monzon, said in a press release that the situation was caused because the "public sewers are not working properly."
