President announces Cabinet changes
(Panama-Guide ) By NEY ABDIEL CASTILLO for La Prensa - Santiago, Veraguas - Panama's President Ricardo Martinelli announced his plans to make some changes in his cabinet yesterday, but he did not specify when those changes would be made or the names of the officials who will be removed from office. Martinelli said these changes would be made gradually, but soon. The final decision will be made after the end of the patriotic festivities in November. Martinelli said some changes will be the rotation of officials from one post to another, to "make better use of their talents."
