Two foreigners arrested for drug trafficking
(Panama-Guide) Panama America - An American woman and a Mexican man were detained at the Tocumen International Airport by units of the Directorate of Police Information (DPI) of the National Police for trying to smuggle illegal substances. The first arrested was American woman Angela Patrice Carter who was caught with two packages taped to each thigh, covered with gray duct tape, all four containing a cream colored substance presumed to be heroin. Patrice was attempting to travel to New York City, USA. The second person arrested was Mexican Román Villalobos Bonnave, who was detained when a routine search of his black suitcase uncovered a false double bottom and a package containing cocaine.
