(Panama-Guide ) By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - The National Hurricane Center is now tracking "Tropical Depression Eleven" located in the Caribbean just to the Northwest of Bocas del Toro, with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph, moving towards the Northwest at 8 mph. That low pressure system has been sucking moisture from the Pacific side of the country, causing severe rains and flooding. About half of the news items today had to do in some way with the rains, flooding, and weather.
