Two Arrested in Attack on Mike and Olga at Playa Blanca
By DON WINNER for Panama-Guide.com - The Panamanian National Police announced the arrest of two teenagers, aged 15 and 17, who have reportedly admitted to committing last Saturday's attack. I've been told they have even turned over the weapon used in the attack to police. Reportedly these two have prior offenses for other crimes. So, their arrest is good news. There's more good news on the progression of both Mike and Olga who continue to improve in the Santo Tomas hospital. Amazingly enough, the bullet that impacted Olga in the forehead apparently did not penetrate the bones of her skull, but rather deflected and fragmented.
