Debates over the controversial bill that recognizes the rights of possession on coastal and island land will continue in November. Yesterday the President of the National Assembly, José Luis ‘Popi’ Varela, confirmed that the law will be discussed in an extraordinary session which will be convened by President Ricardo Martinelli. The bill, which has remained in the second debate on the legislative agenda for several weeks, will be debated in late November.
