Corruption Complaint Filed Against the CSS for Theft of Employer's Contribution
(Panama-Guide) La Estrella - Employees from the private security company MIMSA SA went to the newsroom of Telemetro to make a rather peculiar complaint involving several crimes, including corruption within the Social Security Fund (CSS). According to complainants, since 2006 the company has not paid the required social security premiums, although the company has deducted the payments from the employee's salary, yet they continued to receive their cards as if the company was making the required payments.
