Manuel Noriega's Daughter - Now a Secretary in the PARLACEN
(Panama-Guide ) By Leonardo Flores for La Prensa - Gilberto Succari, who is a Deputy in the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) and a politician from the Partido Revolucionario Democratico (PRD) in Panama, was elected on Thursday as the new Vice President of that regional body. Sandra Noriega, the daughter of former dictator Manuel Antonio Noriega, was also elected as a Secretary by Panama.
