Panama Will Leave the PARLACEN Unilaterally

newsnviews2.jpg(Panama-Guide ) Telemetro - Panama will leave the Central American Parliament (Parlacen) unilaterally if the other participating countries to not approve its departure before 18 November, announced Panama's Vice President and Foreign Minister Juan Carlos Varela on Wednesday. "On 18 November the 90 day time limit (stipulated by Panama) will expire, and if they do no permit our departure, then our country acting in accordance with the laws of the Republic and by way of the National Assembly, will be able to abrogate the agreement and to leave in a unilateral manner," said Varela on RPC Radio.
