SouthCom Joins Search for Missing Peace Corps Volunteer in Volcan
(Panama-Guide) By Sandra Alicia Rivera for La Prensa - Volcan, Chiriqui - 37 year old Jennifer Billik, a US citizen and Peace Corps volunteer, has been missing since Tuesday evening and so far the staff of Panama's National Civil Protection System (SINAPROC), augmented by volunteers, have been unable to find her.
