Labor Minister Files Corruption Complaint With Public Ministry
(Panama-Guide) Panama America - Panama's Labor Minister, Alma Cortes, presented on Wednesday before the Public Prosecutor a complaint for crimes against the administration and public faith, which involves officials from the past administration of Martin Torrijos. Cortes said that during an evaluation they discovered that software contracted for the information system to create a job bank, for which the Ministry paid $156,000 dollars, was never installed.
