(Panama-Guide) By ROBERTO GONZALEZ JIMENEZ for La Prensa - URS Holdings and Parsons-Brinkerhoff from the United States, the companies Metro de Madrid and Sener/Metro de Barcelona from Spain, as well as COTEBA from France and the consortium formed by the companies POYRY/Cal y Mayor from Switzerland and Mexico are all participating in the bidding process in an attempt to win the contract to advise the Panamanian government on the building of a new Metro mass transportation system for Panama City.
