Martinelli Will Repeal the Decree That Created SENIS
(Panama-Guide) Panama America - Panama's President Ricardo Martinelli said he will repeal the executive decree that created the National Intelligence and Security Service (SENIS) under the administration of Martin Torrijos. Martinelli said he would repeal the law because he believes the Decree itself violates constitutional rights.
