"The Government Will Do What It Has To Do" - Vallarino
(Panama-Guide) La Prensa - Panama's Minister of Economy and Finance, Alberto Vallarino, described the pending strike announced by transportation workers as an "awkward situation." For this reason, he said on PRC Radio "the Government will take the steps that have to take" to make sure the public is provided with uninterrupted transportation service tomorrow, Tuesday. In this sense, the Director of the Ground Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT), Sandra Escorcia, said they are working to adopt various alternatives in order to provide transportation services starting tomorrow.
