Escorcia Says Government Will Not Compensate Carriers
(Panama-Guide) By Elizabeth Garrido A. for La Prensa - The director of Panama's Ground Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT) Sandra Escorcia, said today that "nobody will be compensated" in the process of modernizing Panama's public transportation system. According to Escorcia the government cannot compensate someone who also has the option of participating in the public bidding process with other companies. In her statements given this morning to Telemetro Reporta, Escorcia explained how there has been some progress in the bidding process.
