Childish Temper Tantrums in Panama's National Assembly
(Panama-Guide) Yesterday there were shouting matches and conflict in a committee meeting room of Panama's National Assembly. The National Assembly is now controlled by a coalition of lawmakers who back and support Ricardo Martinelli, and they are working on a bill that would modify the "administrative career" law, rules, and regulations. This happens every five years. Right as the PRD was about to leave office they tried to "stuff" every possible government job with as many of their people as humanly possible.
