Ricardo Martinelli Calls On Foreign Goverments To Stay Out Of Honduras Crisis
(Panama-Guide) By Carlos Estrada Aguilar for La Critica - President Ricardo Martinelli made a call to the political actors in the Honduran crisis asking them to find ways to overcome the crisis through dialog, and he said he does not share the position of former President Manuel Zelaya who made a call requesting the intervention of other foreign governments in the Republic of Honduras. "This action can aggravate the present situation that exists," he said. He made a call for sanity, and said the interests of the people should come before the political or personal interests of any one individual. "It is necessary and urgent to avoid the generation of violence and institutional destabilization," he added.
