Bosco Vallarino One Step Closer To The Mayor's Office

newsnviews2.jpg(Panama-Guide) On Friday, the newly seated National Assembly of Deputies of Panama, the lawmaking body now dominated by the opposition parties and supporting President Ricardo Martinelli, passed a resolution restoring full Panamanian citizenship to Panama City Mayor-elect Bosco Vallarino. What's more, the resolution restores Vallarino's citizenship retroactively to the year 2000. With this resolution the Electoral Tribunal can point to that document and base their decision to recognize Vallarino as the duly elected Mayor and allow him to take over the position. In fact, the Electoral Tribunal has been looking for something, anything, they could be able to point to in order to make this decision. Vallarino's strategy of just killing time until Ricardo Martinelli took over worked perfectly, and now we can all get past this absurd and fabricated bitch session which was created out of thin air by the campaign of Bobby Velasquez in order to distract attention away from the claims of David Murica he had received $3 million dollars in laundered drug money to help his campaign.
