Panamanian Girl Recovered in Ecuador - Possibly Mónica Serrano
(Panama-Guide) Panama America - After the recovery in Ecuador of an 8 year old Panamanian girl, Angelis Mitre Castillo, who has been reported as missing and with the possibility that it could be Mónica Serrano, Panama's Solicitor General of the Nation, Ana Matilde Gomez, requested discretion in the case in order to not create false hopes.
Gomez explained in February of this year Interpol of Spain confirmed to Interpol of Panama they had interviewed María del Carmen Medina Reyes, who with her papers supposedly in order, had with her a little girl who had supposedly been given to her in Panama and who she later left in the care of relatives in Ecuador.
