More Maneuvers To Get Bosco Vallarino Into the Mayor's Office
(Panama-Guide) By Grisel Bethancourt for La Critica - The case regarding Bosco Vallarino is getting a second wind. This time around Supreme Court Magistrate Adán Arnulfo Arjona admitted a request for a review of constitutionality, presented by Vallarino's lawyer Herbert Young, against the Director of the Civil Registry, Sharon de Dumanoir, in the process following the Mayor-elect regarding his dual nationality.
The action was presented before the full session of the Supreme Court of Justice, with Arjona being in charge of the case.
According to statements Young made to a television news channel, the process in the Civil Registry is suspended until the Supreme Court dictates a resolution in this case.
