(Panama-Guide) Last night Brazilian businessman Alexandre Ventura Nogueira, formerly one of the principal operators of the widely known "Homes" real estate offices in Panama City, paid a bail bond of $1.4 million dollars set by Rodolfo Palma, the judge in the 17th Criminal Court responsible for hearing the fraud cases pending against him.
