Intensive Spanish Classes Begin at Finca La Maya

Kathy Kress will be offering the following six-week intensive Spanish courses at Finca La Maya in San Carlos… Begin at the Beginning! Tuesdays and Thursdays; 8:30 to 10 am (course fee $80) June 16 to July 23 Students will learn the basic structure of the Spanish language and how it compares to English.  They will practice introductions and elementary conversation skills including practical applications for daily living in Panama!  Students will receive a workbook and daily homework assignments.

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 10 am to Noon (course fee $100)
June 16 to July 23
This course is for students that are already using some Spanish vocabulary, but want to improve their grammar.  Focus will be on learning and using all the present-tense verbs and prepositions in a variety of activities that will enhance your daily interactions.  Students will receive a workbook and daily homework assignments.

Tuesdays; Noon to 1:30 pm (course fee $50)
June 16 to July 23
This course is for students that have studied Spanish and are already using past, present, and future tenses.  Readings will lead to in-class discussions and composition homework assignments.

A minimum of five students is required and classes will be capped at twelve students.
