Coronado Home Owners Association New Office Inauguration
The inauguration of the new offices of the Coronado Home Owners’ Association took place on Saturday, February 21st, 2009. Both, Panamanian and Expat residents came to meet and mingle with the Directors and the staff while enjoying delicious snacks. In attendance were:

Mr. Ricardo Skildsen – Consultant
Mr. Rainer Menze – Director
Mrs. Mayra Davidson – Administrator
Many took this opportunity to help the group update their residents data bank as well as sign up to become members of the Association.
By joining the association, members contribute annual fees of $100.00 per family in order to achieve certain objectives benefiting the community, such as:
- Improving securing by adding and training more guards.
- Improving security equipment for transportation, surveillance, emergencies, etc.
- Improvements to the gate for better access.
- Creation of a 2nd entrance to Coronado with electronic access for members only, thus facilitating their access and avoiding congestion.
- Infrastructure improvements.
- Maintenance of the roads as well as common areas and gardens.
The membership fee of $100. includes a magnetic card allowing you to bypass the guard post and access the electronic gate. Additional cards for the family are available for $20.00.
